Furniture designed:
Jointly by Anne Marston and Michael Brown of Northcroft.

Specification:
To create furniture that uses the light from wide window openings with panoramic views over the Northamptonshire countryside. The furniture to have shape and elegance to reflect the prestige of the location of the hotel buildings. Furniture to be durable and long lasting

Design solution:
We took the main elements from our kATO collection, and introduced tapered legs. Bird's Eye Maple veneers were chosen because of the individual appearance and evident quality of the veneers.

Construction:
Laminate tops were chosen to match the solid timbers and veneers. All items were was solid wood lipped, with joints machined deep for strength. Veneers, solid wood and laminates were personally selected by Northcroft to ensure that the lightness of the rooms was enhanced with well matched materials.

Installation:
The furniture was delivered in phases as the rooms were handed over by the main contractor. This was a major contract, and true to form the team from Northcroft completed the installation with care, professionalism and on time.
